This is the fourth home I have purchased over the course of several years and while I always thought I had good realtors in the past, there is no one who can come close to Pauline. I am amazed that there is a person out there who has the energy she has and the willingness to put it into finding just the right house, no matter how long it takes. She has endless patience and drive and jumps on anything she finds that she thinks might make a good match. In all of the properties I looked at in my process of buying my house, Pauline previewed every last one of them before I was taken to see them. I was kept up to date constantly through emails about what was new on the market, what she had previewed and what she thought of everything she saw. She compiled spreadsheets of those houses under serious consideration and updated them all the time. She went into every crawl space, basement and scary place in every house we looked at. She is knowledgeable about soil issues, settlement issues, water issues in different parts of the area and that was extremely helpful. Pauline is a true whirlwind of a person who leaves no stone unturned and was a real pleasure to work with. I will never look to anyone else if I ever decide to move again. Fortuitously we met Pauline Goetz as we were preparing our parents’ home for sale. Gratefully, Pauline was open, friendly, polite and thankfully not overbearing. Although, we were not ready to begin selecting a Realtor, she provided comparable sales in the area so we could make an informed decision but did not annoy us to provide a listing for her benefit. Later, Pauline introduced us to a buyer who offered a very fair price and we were able to sell the property without a great deal of monetary or time investment.
Pauline helped structure the acceptance time table so we would have sufficient opportunity to make an educated decision. She always made herself available regardless of the day of week or time of day. Pauline kept us well-versed during every phase of the transaction. As problems emerged she was patient, polite and helped to resolve them in a thoughtful manner.
Although, our lone parent struggled with the loss of a long-standing residence, Pauline helped make the closing a happy and celebratory event. This was clearly, a win-win-win situation for the buyer, seller, and Realtor. Thanks to Pauline’s diligence, naturalness and empathy with the sale of a family home, this transaction resulted in a very victorious and pleasant experience for all.
If I ever decide to sell another property, I would not hesitate to call on Pauline for her expertise.

We met Pauling Goetz by just randomly walking into the Re-Max office on a Saturday afternoon and she was the agent on Floor Duty. She was so friendly and easy to talk to we felt an immediate connection. Pauline listened to our wide variety of property interests and description(s) of the neighborhood we wanted to find. We had very little background or experience with any of the suburbs within a reasonable commute for Dan’s job, since we had just moved to Colorado from Minnesota 6 months earlier. Pauline respected our timeline of waiting to start looking at properties until after the 1st of the year so that we would be able to take advantage of tax rebates and yet not be penalized on our rental lease which expired in June. After looking at 40-50 properties, including 12 in one day in Arvada, she helped us negogiate an offer that was ultimately turned down by the seller, only to lead us to a better house that was just what we had in mind in Littleton. Our new home in Governor’s Ranch is a perfect “fit” with a bonus of great neighbors who we have a lot in common with. Pauline took the initiative to speak directly to the seller’s realtor to work out a perfect offer, which allowed them to stay in the home until the end of the school year and us to fulfill our rental lease without a penalty. Pauline was always available to show us properties or answer questions about properties we found online. She previewed properties on our behalf to save us time and knew what we would like even before we did! I would never hesitate to recommend Pauline to anyone either buying or selling a home. She is a most resourceful and knowledgeable woman who isn’t afraid to get dirty in the basement to check out the furnace or water heater! Our closing went so smoothly due to Pauline’s keen eye for accuracy and detail that even the closer complimented her on it. When our son and his bride are ready to buy, they will be calling Pauline for sure!
